The Kloud is a full-size ergonomic chair that doesn't look like office furniture. It pairs a reinforced steel frame, certified gas lift and BIFMA-tested casters with cloud-soft teddy plush upholstery, so it holds up to a full working day and still belongs in a living room.
Fold the arms flat to sit cross-legged, recline to 135° and extend the footrest when you need a break, then bring it back upright when it's time to focus again.

Will it fit me?
The seat is wide and the back is tall — one of our team is 6'2" and fits comfortably, with room to sit cross-legged. The seat height adjusts between 60 and 70 cm.
How much weight does it hold?
Up to 400 lb. The frame is reinforced steel with a heavy-duty base and an SGS-certified Class 3 gas lift.
Can the teddy plush be cleaned?
Yes. Spot-clean with mild soap and a damp cloth, then let it air dry and brush the pile back up. Avoid soaking the fabric.
How long does assembly take?
Most people finish in 15–20 minutes. Everything you need is in the box and no special tools are required.
When will my order ship?
Free shipping across the contiguous United States. You'll get tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
What is the 10-day delivery guarantee?
Midnight is in stock, ships within 2 business days and typically arrives 3–8 business days after that. If your order hasn't been delivered within 10 business days of you placing it, we refund $25 for every business day it's late, up to $100.
The clock runs from your order to the carrier's delivery scan. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. The guarantee pauses if we're waiting on something from you, such as an address correction, and it doesn't apply where a delivery is refused, where the address given was undeliverable, or where the carrier is held up by a declared weather or natural-disaster event. Applies to the contiguous United States.
You don't need to chase us for it — email hello@kloudwel.com with your order number if you think it applies and we'll check the tracking and refund the difference.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days to try it at home. If it isn't right, we'll refund you — and there's no need to ship it back.
