Kloudwel Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We're actively working on expanding to
additional countries — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when that happens.

Processing Time
Processing time depends on which colourway you order.

Midnight (black, deep matte velvet) — in stock. Orders are processed and dispatched within
2 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Reverie (cream, teddy plush) — pre-order. Orders ship September 30, 2026. You'll receive
tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a
weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.

10-Day Delivery Guarantee (Midnight)
If your Midnight order hasn't been delivered within 10 business days of purchase, we refund
$25 for every business day it's late, up to a maximum of $100.

The clock runs from the time you place your order to the carrier's delivery scan. Business
days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. The guarantee applies to the
contiguous United States.

The guarantee pauses while we're waiting on information from you, such as an address
correction, and it does not apply to refused deliveries, undeliverable or incorrect
addresses, or delays caused by a declared weather or natural-disaster event.

To claim, email kloudwel@outlook.com with your order number and we'll check the tracking and
issue the refund to your original payment method.

This guarantee applies to Midnight orders only. Reverie is sold on pre-order with a
published ship date and is not covered.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Delays
Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues or high order volume, and we'll keep you
updated if anything affects your order. Midnight orders are covered by our 10-Day Delivery
Guarantee above.
